Post a Load
The true replacement value of the cargo, warranted by you (SCET 1.2). Used on the Carrier Engagement Confirmation and to check the carrier's insurance is adequate.
Enter the specific collection address or precise location — a city name alone (e.g. "Durban") is not enough for the carrier to plan collection.
Enter the specific delivery address or precise location — a city name alone (e.g. "Lusaka") is not enough for the carrier to plan delivery.
Leave blank to close bidding 24h before collection. Bounded between 12 hours from now and 24 hours before collection.
Carriers must hold this B-BBEE level or better to bid. Leave as 'No requirement' unless your procurement needs it.
The minimum per-load cover a carrier must hold to bid. Platform minimum is R500,000.
The Declared Liability Cap is the amount the Carrier contractually agrees to be liable for under SCET clause 5.2, independent of and regardless of any insurance cover the Carrier holds. Insurance and the liability cap are separate protections.
Select every country this load transits — corridor countries are listed first. Only carriers whose insurance covers all selected countries can bid. Leave empty for no route requirement.
Default: 0% upfront, balance 30 days after the POD is verified. The carrier may accept or counter these terms when bidding.
Your non-binding guideline on free time and standing-time rate. Carriers state their own free time and rate in their bid; the accepted terms are recorded on the CEC (SCET clause 8A).
Domestic movement — no international border (based on route countries).
Derived automatically from the route countries you select — if any country is not South Africa, this is a cross-border movement. A cross-border movement generates a Corridor Chain of Custody Record once the POD is verified.
Documented custody — CEC, driver checkpoint photos, timestamped crossing events and verified POD — is still full chain-of-custody evidence.

ClearCorridor Platform Fees
ClearCorridor's own platform fees, payable by you — separate from any carrier/freight invoices.
Freight Invoices
Freight invoices issued to you by your carriers for the underlying transport — separate from ClearCorridor's Platform Fees. ClearCorridor records these only to verify the charge and close the load; it never handles freight payments.
